Tungum® is a high-performance aluminium-nickel-silicon-brass alloy (UNS C69100) supplied by British specialist T2 Alloys Limited. With more than 85 years of proven use, Tungum tubing has established an exceptional track record in demanding and safety-critical applications across Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine, Diving & Hyperbaric, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Defence systems.
Its unique combination of corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent ductility, fatigue resistance and oxygen compatibility makes Tungum particularly suited to harsh marine and offshore environments where conventional tubing materials may be vulnerable to pitting and crevice corrosion.
