Push to Connect Fittings
3/4" (22mm) and 1" (28mm) Transair stainless steel compressed air piping uses push to connect fittings. Simply push the pipe into the fitting until it meets the depth mark on the pipe. The gripping ring will then engage and prevent the pipe from sliding out of the fitting.
Clamshell Fittings
3" (76mm) & 4" (101mm) Transair stainless steel compressed air piping uses clamshell fittings. Place the cartridge on the pipe so it meets the lugs. Then, position the fitting so the cartridge is in the middle. Lastly, close the fitting and tighten with the provided bolts.
Stainless Steel Compressed Air Piping
Transair stainless steel compressed air piping offers superior environmental protection and resistance to corrosion. We use the highest quality 316L and 304 grade stainless steel to manufacturer our stainless steel compressed air piping. In addition to compressed air, our piping can be used for vacuum, industrial / inert gas, process water, and chemical transfer piping systems. Transair stainless steel compressed air piping is the ideal choice for applications where high purity and resistance to washdown chemicals are a necessity.
Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings
Transair compressed air pipe fittings for stainless steel install fast and with minimal tooling. All Transair fittings are designed to securely fit around Transair stainless steel pipe to prevent costly compressed air leaks. We offer a variety of fitting styles for easy assembly and layout design of a compressed air, vacuum, industrial / inert gas, process water, or chemical transfer piping system. For maximum temperature and media compatibility, we offer our fittings with either EPDM or FKM seals.
Drop Brackets for Stainless Steel Pipe
Transair drop brackets are designed for the quick and hassle-free installation of a drop line in a compressed air piping system. All Transair drop brackets are rated for use in compressed air, industrial / inert gas, process water, and chemical transfer piping systems. Installation of a Transair drop bracket requires the use of the Transair drill bit, and the flow of compressed air be stopped.
Valves for Stainless Steel Pipes
Transair valves are an important addition to any stainless steel compressed air piping system to stop the flow of air to certain parts of the system. Placing valves at strategic point allow for system isolation for routine maintenance or layout reconfigurations. Transair offers ball and butterfly valves to fit size constraints and preference.
Wall Brackets for Stainless Steel Pipe
Transair wall brackets are design for the quick and hassle-free connection of machinery and tools to the stainless steel compressed air piping system. In addition to compressed air, Transair wall brackets are rated for use in industrial / inert gas, process water, and chemical transfer applications. To match the needs/constraints of the environment, we offer brackets with one, two, or three ports.
Stainless Steel Pipe Hangers
Pipe hangers are essential for properly installing a Transair stainless steel compressed air piping system. Transair pipe hangers are installed via threaded rod. This installation method keeps the stainless steel compressed air piping stable during the expansion and contraction of the system. Each Transair pipe hanger has been rated and tested to support 44 pounds, but Transair recommends the use of at least 2 pipe hangers per section of pipe.
