Transair®
Advanced Piping Systems for Industrial Fluids
Fast to Install. Efficient to Operate. Easy to Expand.
Parker Transair® is an advanced modular piping system engineered for the efficient distribution of compressed air, vacuum, inert gases and industrial fluids.
Designed as a modern alternative to conventional welded, threaded or soldered piping, Transair® combines lightweight aluminium and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel pipe with quick-connect fittings and accessories, creating a complete piping network that is fast to install, easy to modify and engineered for long-term performance.
With more than 20 years of Transair® industry experience, Parker provides a complete piping solution from the source of the utility to the final point of use.
Through MONILEK Oilfield, customers across the Middle East can access Parker Transair® technology together with MONILEK's capabilities in Pneumatics, Filtration, Fluid Connectors and engineered utility distribution systems.
One Piping System. Multiple Industrial Fluids.
Parker Transair® provides a complete modular piping platform for:
Compressed Air | Industrial Vacuum | Nitrogen | Inert Gases | Process Water | Cooling Water | Industrial Fluids | Chemical Transfer
Media compatibility depends on the selected aluminium or stainless-steel system, seals and operating conditions.

Aluminum Compressed Air Piping
Transair aluminum compressed air piping offers the advantages of being lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion. Every aluminum pipe has a durable, UV resistant, powdered coated finish. In addition to compressed air piping systems, Transair aluminum pipe can be used for vacuum and industrial / inert gas systems. Transair aluminum compressed air piping systems can be installed up to 4x faster than traditional systems with minimal tooling and no specialized labor. Parker Hannifin warranties all Transair parts for 10 years against manufacturing defects.

Aluminum Pipe Fittings
Transair aluminum compressed air pipe fittings install fast and with minimal tooling. All Transair fittings are designed to securely fit around Transair aluminum pipe to prevent costly compressed air leaks. We offer a variety of fitting styles for easy assembly and layout design of a compressed air, vacuum, or industrial / inert gas piping system.

Drop Brackets
Transair drop brackets are designed for the quick and hassle-free installation of a drop line in a compressed air piping system. All Transair drop brackets are rated for use in compressed air and industrial / inert gas piping systems. Installation of a Transair drop bracket requires the use of the Transair drilling jig, drill bit, and the flow of compressed air be stopped. For instances where the compressed air cannot be turned off, Transair makes a hot tap bracket.

Valves
Transair valves are an important addition to any aluminum compressed air piping system to stop the flow of air to certain parts of the system. Placing valves at strategic point allow for system isolation for routine maintenance or layout reconfigurations. Transair offers ball and butterfly valves to fit size constraints and preference.

Wall Brackets
Transair wall brackets are design for the quick and hassle-free connection of machinery and tools to the aluminum compressed air piping system. In addition to compressed air, Transair wall brackets are rated for use in industrial / inert gas applications. To matching the needs/constraints of the environment, we offer brackets with one, two, or three ports.

Installation Tools
Transair installation tools make installing or modifying an aluminum compressed air piping system faster and easier. Every Transair tool is easy to operate and will provide years of dependable service. We offer all the specialized tools you will need to install a Transair aluminum compressed air, vacuum, or industrial / inert gas piping system.

Pipe Hangers
Pipe hangers are essential for properly installing a Transair aluminum compressed air piping system. Transair pipe hangers are installed via threaded rod. This installation method keeps the aluminum compressed air piping stable during the expansion and contraction of the system. Each Transair pipe hanger has been rated and tested to support 44 pounds, but Transair recommends the use of at least 2 pipe hangers per section of pipe.

Flexible Hose
For routing an aluminum compressed air piping system around obstacles, Transair offers a flexible hose. Due to the bend radius, these hoses can be installed in tight areas. With the use of the flexible hose, most layout constraints and mechanical stresses can be eliminated. Using a flexible hose instead of excess elbows to route around obstacles will help to reduce the occurrence of pressure drop.

Safety Couplers
Transair safety couplers are designed for the frequent connection and disconnection of air lines or tools to a Transair aluminum compressed air piping system. Our safety couplers install into threaded outlets quickly and easily. Transair safety couplers feature a two-turn release system to vent the compressed air from the coupler before the implement is removed.

Aluminum Pipe Stickers
ASME 13.1 states that all process piping networks need to be label to identify the conveyed media. Transair offers flow arrows, as well as media call outs (compressed air & vacuum) for use on our aluminum compressed air piping. For readability, Transair stickers are available in either white or black.
