Single Screen Filters
Parker offers a complete line of meshes in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel. We have the most extensive inventory of tools and dies in the industry to meet your size and shape requirements. We also carry some stock of Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, brass, Nichrome and other exotic alloys.

Spot Welded Filters
Let us take the labor and guesswork of building up single screens out of your process. Spot welded filters are resistance welded together at precise points, avoiding disturbance of the polymer flow. The location and number of spot welds can be customized for your process. Spot weld packs provide ease of operation, better inventory control, improved process control, and quality.

Rimbound Filters
Rimbound Filters utilize a seamless frame-typically of aluminum, copper, or stainless steel, to contain a specific filter pack combination. Rimbound Filters help ease operations, provide better sealing around the edge of the breaker plate, and provide strict filtration and quality control. Binders can be tailored to your exact dimensions and tolerances.

Gaskets
Along with screen packs, the synthetic fiber industry utilizes gaskets and seals with each pack configuration. Seals are an essential part of the spin pack operation. Their success depends on the proper engineering and design of size, alloy, and material hardness. Our vast inventory of tooling and variety of production methods allow us to manufacture virtually any shape of gasket or seal needed.

POROPLATE® PP Cylindrical 316L Liquid or Gas Filter Cartridge
Poroplate® Series PP cylindrical stainless steel filter cartridges are engineered for high-temperature and highly corrosive gas and liquid applications. Built with sintered laminate media, these filters deliver dependable filtration performance, extended service life, and reduced total cost of ownership. Their cleanable, reusable design make them a durable and sustainable choice for demanding industrial environments.

POROPLATE® Septa Tube Filters
Poroplate® septa tube filters are application engineered and tailored to your specific operating conditions and requirements. Because of their superior flow distribution, Purolator septa tube filters are designed to extend run times, maximize the use of ion exchange resins, increase precoat uniformity, and improve backwash efficiency with no measurable resin bleed-through. Poroplate® septa tube filters precoat uniformly without the need for a cellulose precoat. Radwaste volume is reduced by increasing the run time between backwashing and decreasing the requirement for cellulose precoating.

METALEDGE® Self-Cleaning Filter
MetalEdge® Self-Cleaning filter has been the industry leader for over 70 years. The filter system features a cylindrical, cleanable filter cartridge with an integral knife blade, which cleans the filter by wiping the trapped contaminants off the surface of the cartridge. MetalEdge® features a unique brass or stainless steel filter medium, consisting of a wedge-shaped metal ribbon with formed projections. MetalEdge® filter media provides the greatest percentage of open area, which is several times greater than that of any other self-cleaning or wedge-wire filter media. Various liquid process applications include chewing gum base, toothpaste, recycled oil products, chocolates, paints and pigments.

POROBON® Filter Breathers
Breather filters provide positive protection for hydraulic, engine, and transmission fluid reservoirs. Breather filters provide protection against damage to system components such as pumps, valves, and cylinders by airborne contaminants. They act as ventilators to provide the free flow of clean air into fluid reservoirs and assure instant compensation for changes in liquid level.

POROPLATE® Hot Gas Filter Cartridge
Hot gas is often processed in environments reaching temperatures up to 1650°F (900°C). Parker’s Poroplate hot gas metal filter cartridges are available in alloys with the metallurgical properties and mechanical strength required to withstand these harsh conditions. By tailoring the filter to your system’s specific operating parameters, we deliver filters that not only tolerate higher temperatures but also provide increased throughput capacity. Our proprietary multilayer wire mesh media is sintered into a rigid, durable, and porous structure that withstands hot gas exposure and offers greater durability than other media types. Additionally, Poroplate hot gas filters provide superior back pulse efficiency with no measurable product bleed-through.

POROPLATE® Cleanable Basket
Poroplate® cleanable baskets replace bag filters with multiple layers of stainless-steel wire cloth, diffusion bonded together for increased strength, corrosion resistance, and longer life. These filters are made with one-piece construction which allows for easy handling. No bag is needed for filtration as the basket becomes the filter media. The filter can be easily cleaned and fits most commercial size #1 and size #2 basket housings.

DYNAPORE® Fluidizing Media
Dynapore® Fluidizing Media is made by permanently joining layers of woven wire mesh by a unique diffusing bonding process. Precise control of permeability, strength and corrosion resistance is achieved by custom design and specification. Optimum performance and service life can be attained for any fluidizing application such as fluidized hoppers, fluidized gravity conveyors, fluidized beds, and gas spargers. Dynapore media is avaliable in four Hi-Flo and four Lo-Flo standard specifications that will satisfy practically any fluidizing appplication requirements. The media is produced in basic flat sheets and can also be fabricated into finished components.

Filter Plate Laminates
Parker's Filter Plate Laminate media is constructed using our unique diffusion-bonding process to laminate layers of woven, stainless steel wire cloth. This process creates an integrated yet porous plate that eliminates media migration. The particle size retention rating is governed by the choice of filter mesh; the other four layers are carefully chosen to protect the filter layer and to maximize strength and permeability. TWM and BWM types of laminate are available to meet your process and system needs.

Perforated Plate Laminates
Parker can manufacture a perforated laminate plate (PWM™) to your specifications, or design one for you. PWM's™ are used in many applications, such as liquid filtration where maximum permeability and strength is required. PWM's™ are available in filtration ratings from 2 to 2000 microns, and in various configurations. For example, safe edges can be supplied so the media can be formed into tubular filter elements. Please call us with your requirements and specifications today!

LWD™ Stainless Steel Filters
Dynapore® porous metal laminates are constructed of one or more layers of carefully selected stainless steel wire mesh, laminated by precision sintering (diffusion bonding) and calendaring. The resultant monolithic structure is permanently bonded and has highly uniform porosity.
