Gas Filter-Separator Cartridges
Gas filter separator cartridges remove wetted solid contaminants that are typically deformable or shear sensitive. The cartridges also aid in the coalescing process by forming liquid droplets that are removed afterwards by a liquid extraction device in the second stage of the filter vessel.
Gas Coalescer Cartridges
Gas coalescers are specifically designed to coalesce fine aerosol liquid droplets and mist from a natural gas stream. The gas usually flows from the inside diameter to the outside diameter of the cartridge. Typical liquids coalesced include NGL, condensate, amine, glycol and lube oils.
Gas Filter-Coalescer Cartridges
Gas filter-coalescers maintain coalescer performance levels with the added benefit of being able to remove large amounts of wetted solid contaminants. They are designed to capture solids on the first stage of the cartridge, keeping the second stage of the cartridge clean for maximum coalescing efficiency.
Dry Gas Filter Cartridges
Dry gas filter cartridges provide maximum surface area to remove rigid, dry solid contaminates. These particles typically include dust, dirt, rust, sand, and metal.
Liquid Particulate Cartridges
Liquid particulate cartridges are available in a variety of sizes and micron ratings in order to provide the optimal solution for a multitude of liquid applications. Cartridges are available in both depth and pleated filter technologies.

Liquid Activated Carbon Adsorbents: Bulk, Canisters, and Cartridges
Liquid sorbents, such as activated carbon, effectively reduce hydrocarbon contaminants in fluids such as a water, amine and glycol. These products are available in bulk activated carbon, granular activated carbon canisters, activated carbon block filter cartridges, and polymeric cartridges. Sorbents are typically used to aid in process fluid reclamation or to meet disposal limit requirements.

ATLAS PURASEP™ APCHG PEACH® Single Stage-Depth Gas Filter-Separator Cartridge
The Atlas PuraSep™ APCHG filter-separating cartridge delivers high-efficiency removal of liquid and solid contaminants from gas streams. Featuring PEACH technology, Parker Engineered Media, and inside-to-outside flow, it promotes droplet coalescence and gravity drainage while keeping contaminants contained for cleaner change-outs. Designed for the PECO Series 55HAX Atlas PuraSep™ gas vessels, the APCHG features a 6.3 inch large-diameter cartridge, 0.3 and 0.5 micron ratings, and a high-flow design. It helps reduce downtime, and confined space entry across upstream, midstream, and downstream gas treatment applications.
TITAN PURASEP™ EZ-PCHG PEACH® Dual Stage-Depth Gas Filter-Separator Cartridge
The Titan PuraSep® Series EZ-PCHG is a PEACH technology, depth-style gas filter-separator cartridge designed for PECO Series 75HTL and 75VTL Titan PuraSep® gas vessels. With a 4.5 inch OD and available micron ratings of 0.3, 0.5, 1, 5, and 10, it provides reliable contaminant removal in gas applications. Its tool-free end cap design enables quick, easy change-outs, while EZ-Align® helps ensure a positive seal and prevents cartridge sagging.
DYNASEP™ PCHG PEACH® Depth Gas Filter-Separator Cartridge
The PEACH® DynaSep™ Series PCHG cartridge is designed to remove deformable and shear-sensitive contaminants from natural gas streams. Built with synthetic media using the patented PEACH® process, it provides high efficiency, increased flow, and extended service life as an upgrade to traditional fiberglass cartridges. Available in 3, 4.5, and 5.5 inch OD sizes and 0.3, 0.5, 1, 5, and 10 micron ratings, it fits PECO Series 75 and 85 vessels as well as many competitor filter-separator vessels, helping reduce change-outs, maintenance, and operating costs.
FibrSep™ FG Fiberglass Depth Gas Filter-Separator Cartridge
The FibrSep™ Series FG cartridge provides an economical solution for removing contaminants from natural gas streams using fiberglass filter media, building on PECO’s proven filter-separator design. Designed for PECO Series 75 and Series 85 vessels as well as many competitor vessels, it features standard open-end caps with a reusable dimple washer for a reliable, maintenance-friendly seal, with additional end cap configurations available for retrofits. Offered in 3, 4.5, and 5.5 inch OD sizes and micron ratings of 0.3, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 25, and 50, FibrSep helps protect critical equipment and reduce operating costs.
FibrSep™ FGGF Fiberglass Depth, High Temp Gas Filter-Separator Cartridge
The FibrSep™ HTO Series FGGF cartridge removes contaminants from high-temperature air and gas streams, helping deliver clean, dry flow to support optimal process performance. Constructed with high-temperature media, fiber gaskets, and steel hardware, it withstands temperatures up to 550°F. Designed for PECO Series 75 and 85 filter-separator vessels, as well as competitor vessels of similar design, it features a 4.4 inch OD and a 1 micron rating.

Second-Generation design PEACH Gemini PurasSep®. Horizontal gas coalescer providing ultra-clean gas with high efficiency removal of solid and liquid contaminants down to 0.3 microns. It is designed to remove liquids such as lubricating oils, low surface tension liquids and aerosol mists. Made in 6" to 84" diameters with stock options available.

First-Generation design PEACH Gemini PuraSep®. Horizontal gas coalescer providing ultra-clean gas with high efficiency removal of solid and liquid contaminants down to 0.3 microns.
