Engineered for Extreme Pressure. Proven for Critical Applications.

Since 1945, Parker Autoclave Engineers® has been a global specialist in high-pressure and extreme-temperature fluid control systems, developing valves, fittings and instrument tubing engineered to operate safely and reliably in some of the world's most demanding applications.

With pressure capabilities extending up to 150,000 psi (10,340 bar), the Autoclave Engineers product line combines Parker's high-pressure engineering knowledge, precision manufacturing and proven connection technologies to provide complete solutions for critical fluid and gas systems.

Through MONILEK Oilfield, customers across the Middle East can access Parker Autoclave Engineers technology together with MONILEK's extensive experience in Instrumentation, High-Pressure Fluid Control and Hydraulic Technologies.

Complete High-Pressure Fluid Control Solutions

Parker Autoclave Engineers offers an extensive portfolio designed to provide compatible components across the complete high-pressure system:

  • Coning & Threading Machine

    Coning & Threading Machine

Several tools developed by Parker Autoclave Engineers are presented to help accomplish proper valve, fitting and tubing installation and maintenance.

  • Pencil Style Thermocouples

    Pencil Style Thermocouples

Pencil Style Thermocouples to 15,000 psi (1035 bar) Parker Autoclave Engineers provides pencil style thermocouples for pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar). Available in type J or K elements our lower pressure pencil style is used with our Speed Bite compression sleeve components.

  • Sheath Style Thermocouples

    Sheath Style Thermocouples

Sheath Style Thermocouples to 60,000 psi (4140 bar) Parker Autoclave Engineers sheath thermocouples are designed for pressures to 60,000 psi. Available in type J or K elements, sheath style thermocouples are used with our medium and high pressure components.

  • Thermowells

    Thermowells

Pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar) Thermowells are used to provide isolation between a temperature sensor and the environment, such as liquid or gas. Thermowells protect the sensor from pressure, corrosion, abrasion or vibration caused by the process medium. Thermowells allow the temperature sensor to be removed and replaced without compromising either the ambient region or the process.

  • Universal Safety Heads

    Universal Safety Heads

Pressures to 100,000 psi (6900 bar) Parker Autoclave Engineers offers universal safety heads in three series compatible in orifice size and maximum pressure rating with Parker Autoclave Low Pressure, Medium Pressure and High Pressure valves, fittings and tubing.

  • Prebulged Rupture Discs

    Prebulged Rupture Discs

Pressures to 75,000 psi (5171 bar) Parker Autoclave Engineers offers three styles of rupture discs to allow maximum flow at pressures. Rupture discs are available in different materials and burst ratings as specials.

  • P-Style High Accuracy Gauges

    P-Style High Accuracy Gauges

Pressures to 80,000 psi (5115 bar) P-Style Pressure gauges are offered for use in low, medium and high pressure systems to pressures up to 80,000 psi (5515 bar). Adapters are available and optional electrical contact face is available.

  • H-Style Sour Service Stainless Steel Gauges

H-Style Sour Service Stainless Steel Gauges

Pressures to 30,000 psi (2068 bar) Parker Autoclave Engineers H Series Pressure Gauges are suitable for use where ambient corrosion is a major concern and are NACE MR01-75 2002 compliant. Its stainless steel case and ring offer good appearance and excellent resistance to chemical, weather and corrosion attack.

  • Gauge/Instrument Snubber

    Gauge/Instrument Snubber

Pressures to 100,000 psi (6895 bar) Parker Autoclave Engineers Pressure Snubbers provide protection to gauges and instrumentation from pressure surges, pulsation and shock. The unique snubber design provides superior instrument protection while not compromising instrument accuracy or reaction time.
